Daftar Lengkap Pemenang Oscar 2012

Penghargaan dalam bidang perfilman tertinggi di dunia Oscar 2012 baru saja selesai resmi di diselenggarakan dengan spektakuler.

2 Film paling berjaya di Oscar tahun ini adalah film berjudul The Artist dan juga Hugo.

Hugo yang mendapatkan 11 nominasi, berhasil meemnangkan 5 penghargaan di bidang teknis, sedangkan The Artist menang besar dengan 5 Penghargaan bergengsi dari 10 nominasi yang diterimanya.

The Artist menenangkan Piala tertinggi untuk Sutradara, Film, dan juga Aktor Terbaik untuk Jean Dujardin.

Penghargaan kepada The Artist ini adalah salah satu rekor tersendiri setelah selama bertahun-tahun belum pernah ada lagi film bisu yang berhasil memenangkan piala film terbaik di Oscar.

Google Siap Bayar 540 Juta bagi Siapa Saja yang Mampu Meretas Chrome

Ditengah ketatnya persaingan aplikasi peramban di personal computer, Google terus berusaha untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan kemanan Chrome.

Selama kurang lebih dua tahun, Chrome dengan Chromium Security Reward Program yang memberikan ‘penghargaan’ untuk pengembang yang mampu mencari lubang dan celah kemanan serta bug bagi mereka yang sukses menemukan dan mengatasinya.

Pada konverensi keamanan CanSecWest di Vancouver, Kanada, pada 7 – 9 Maret mendatang, Google akan menyeponsori sebuah ‘tantangan’ untuk mengeksploitasi Chrome dengan total kucuran dana USD 1 juta.

Google akan memberikan rewards untuk pelbagai kategori; ‘Full Chrome exploit’ dengan rewards USD 60,000, ‘Partial Chrome exploit’ dengan rewards USD 40,000, dan ‘Consolation reward, Flash/Windows/other’ dengan rewards USD 20,000.

Selain sebagai ajang kompetisi, Google berusaha untuk menjaga hubungan baik dengan para peretas. Dengan ‘kompetisi’ ini Google mencoba untuk ‘berkenalan’ dengan hacker dan menggandeng mereka untuk meretas secara positif.

Tak hanya rewards dalam bentuk uang tunai, Google juga mengganjar pemenang di setiap kategori dengan sebuah Chromebook.

Untuk memenangkan hadiah ini para peserta harus menyerahkan hasil retasan mereka langsung ke Google dan tidak memublikasikannya ke blog pribadi atau media lain.
